SMRT has experienced tremendous growth in 2017. We are pleased to announce the newest additions to our mechanical engineering group.
Remon Boules PE, LEED AP, joins SMRT as a senior mechanical engineer. Remon has more than a decade of experience in the design and construction of building systems. He has performed energy modeling and life-cycle cost analyses for clients including L.L.Bean and Harvard University. Remon holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Minia Polytechnic University, majoring in Power and Energy Engineering.
Senior mechanical engineer Michael J. Connors, PE, brings more than 15 years’ design experience on projects including research and development laboratories, and for clients in the commercial, education, government and industrial sectors. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University.
Eric Dennett, LEED AP, joins the firm as a senior mechanical designer with experience in mechanical, plumbing and fire protection design for medical, education and commercial projects including multiple campuses of the Boston VAMC. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Mechanical designer Amin Mansour earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from El-Mansoura University, College of Engineering, Egypt. Amin brings more than 15 years’ professional project experience in MEP drafting and design, along with teaching AutoCAD design and drafting to the future generation of engineers.
Michael Yamin, a 2017 graduate of Hudson Valley Community College, joins SMRT as a mechanical designer. Michael holds an Associate of Science in Electrical Construction and Maintenance with a focus on PLC and VFD programming.
